Can Northside Studios build a custom film set?
- Yes. Custom production design and set construction is the core of what we do. Bring script pages, a creative brief, reference images or an original concept, and we design and build the environment around the story being captured, the camera package and the production schedule.
Can a set be modified during a production?
- Yes. Environments can be repainted, redressed, reconfigured or partially rebuilt during your production window. Modification work is quoted based on scope.
Can my set remain standing between shoot days?
- Yes. Hold days start at $750 and keep the stage and your environment exclusively reserved between scheduled production days.
How much does a Northside Studios production cost?
- Custom production packages start at $5,000. Design and pre-production starts at $1,000, custom set construction starts at $3,500, and exclusive studio use is $1,850 for a 12-hour production day. Most custom productions fall between roughly $7,000 and $15,000 depending on scope.
